Studio Accommodation
Eins-Studios, situated parallel to the main street in Omaruru is near supermarkets, cafes, a chocolate factory and two wineries! The main house and three beautiful studio apartments all have access to Wi-fi and washing facilities. The entire property, including the main house, is 1800 sqm – with a terrace and a swimming pool. Within the main house, there is a small gallery and a large work and showcase room, including print press facilities. Artists who come to stay, are free to work on their own individual themes or can collaborate.
Rosenberg Studio is the most private studio (20 sqm) with a 2,40m glazed double door and an integrated kitchen and bathroom. It has its own entrance, garden and grill area.
Tower Studio has 2 rooms with a sansibar bed and two single beds upstairs as well as an integrated kitchen and separate bathrooms. The top room is full of light and has a great view for a sundowner.
Tree studio is the biggest at 34 sqm. The kitchen area is nicely integrated, the bathroom is well designed with a big shower and lots of light. There are guava trees standing around the entrance of the flat, hence the title.
